Terms of Rental

VEHICLE INSURANCE

Full comprehensive insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle interior, tire and rim damage, lost or broken keys, incorrect fuel refueling, or damage caused intentionally or due to gross negligence. All such damages will be charged in full upon vehicle return.

WHO CAN DRIVE AND WHAT ARE THE RULES

• The vehicle may only be driven by the person listed in the contract. It is allowed to add up to two additional drivers with our approval at the time of vehicle pickup.
• It is not permitted to hand over the vehicle to persons not listed in the contract — in such cases, insurance is void, and all costs are borne by the client.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting attention is strictly prohibited. In these cases, insurance is void, and full damages or theft costs are charged to the client.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGE, ACCIDENT, OR THEFT

If a problem occurs, it is important to immediately:

1. Call the police and inform us so we can guide you through the next steps.
2. Note the details of other participants (if any).
3. Fill out a damage report when returning the vehicle.
4. Write a brief statement describing what happened and under what circumstances.

POLICE REPORT IS MANDATORY

Without a police report, the insurance is invalid, and the client covers all costs, regardless of whether comprehensive insurance was in place.
A report is required even if you were not present when the damage occurred (e.g., someone damaged the car while it was parked).

VEHICLE USAGE TERMS

1. Documentation and age requirements

The user must be at least 21 years old. To conclude the contract, it is necessary to present a valid personal document: driver's license, passport, or ID card — for inspection only at the time of vehicle pickup.

2. Vehicle rental period

• The vehicle can be rented for a minimum of two days (48 hours).
• The vehicle pickup and return times are arranged in advance, with a maximum delay tolerance of 60 minutes. After that, the next rental day is charged.
• Contract extension is possible, but only with a personal visit to our office.
• Long-term rental (several months) is available by individual agreement.

3. Payment and guarantee (deposit)

• The vehicle rental fee is paid upon pickup, either in cash or by bank transfer (for companies).
• A deposit is required for certain vehicles, defined according to the vehicle type, rental duration, and other factors, subject to prior agreement.

4. Vehicle pickup and return

• Vehicles can be picked up and returned at an agreed location, including our office.
• If pickup or return is outside working hours, additional fees apply:
  • 22:00-01:00 = €15
  • 01:00-05:00 = €20
  • 05:00-09:00 = €10
• A vehicle condition report is signed upon every pickup and return. A detailed vehicle inspection is recommended in the presence of our employee.
